Submit a figure

Point us at a public page where an audience figure is stated. The pipeline reads it under the same rules as every other source.

Send a source

  1. Paste the public URL where the figure is stated: a press release, a league or network page, a verified post.
  2. The pipeline fetches that page and reads it under the same rules as every other source. Metric, cut, provider, and telecast come from the page, never from the form.
  3. Nothing publishes on submission. A figure the pipeline can confirm appears on the telecast page with that URL as its source; anything uncertain is held.

Networks, leagues, teams, publishers, providers

  • Batches: a list of public URLs, one per line, or a JSON POST to /api/submit with an organization key. Keys are issued by RatingsReference after the organization is verified. The same pipeline reads every URL.
  • Providers (Nielsen, AdImpact, iSpot): public release URLs only. A figure read from a provider's own release is recorded as confirmed to that provider.
  • A direct data feed, licensed export, or spreadsheet of figures is not accepted. Every figure on this site traces to a public page anyone can open.

From the Methodology Self-reported submissions

Networks, leagues, teams, publishers, and measurement providers may point the site at a public page where an audience figure is stated. The page is fetched and read under the same rules as every other source; the metric, provider, and telecast are taken from the page, never from the submission, and nothing publishes until the pipeline confirms the figure there. A figure with no public source is not recorded. A licensed feed or private export is not accepted.
