What this site collects, what it does not, and who hosts it.
What this site is
RatingsReference.com is a reference site operated by HeyTC, LLC. It publishes audience figures for US sports telecasts that were already published elsewhere, with their sources. It has no user accounts, no sign-in, no comments, and nothing to buy.
What we collect
- Nothing you type, except on the Report page. Reading the site sends us no form data.
- Error reports. The Report an error form sends the fields you fill in (page address, record id, the field you are reporting, a source link, notes, and an optional reply-to email) to the site owner as an email. The report is not stored in the site's database; the email is the only record, and the reply-to address is used only to answer that report.
- Server logs. The site runs on Cloudflare Workers. Cloudflare handles each request and may record the requesting IP address, the page requested, and browser details in its own operational logs under its own privacy policy. We do not run analytics scripts, advertising tags, or tracking pixels.
Third parties
- Cloudflare hosts the site, stores the published record, and provides the Turnstile check on the Report form. Turnstile may inspect the request to decide whether it comes from a person.
- Google Fonts serves the site's typefaces. Your browser requests the font files from Google's servers, which see that request.
- Outbound links. Every figure links to the page that published it. Those sites have their own policies.
What we do not do
We do not sell, rent, or share personal data. We do not build profiles. We do not serve advertising. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
This page changes only when the site's behavior changes, and the change is dated here.
